Fullerton Markets Review
Fullerton Markets is an unregulated online brokerage offering clients in selected countries a limited range of trading assets via the user friendly MetaTrader 4 (MT4) platform. They have a proprietary app, copy trading solutions and various funding options. We did not find the broker to have the tightest spreads or lowest commissions when compared to some other trading brokers. They do however conduct highly commendable charitable work to help various communities and have an excellent support team.

Fullerton Markets Overview
Fullerton Markets are an online trading broker that provides clients with access to the largest financial markets in the world and a seamless trading experience via their intuitive platforms.
The broker prides itself on fund safety, quick execution, and a system of wealth creation. They state that their core values are passion, excellence, commitment and sustainability. The CEO states the “3S” of safety, speed and system are what they bring to the online brokerage industry.
The brokers track record of excellence has been recognised globally, with the company receiving multiple awards over the years. Fullerton Markets have won awards for brokerage services including the World Finance 2019 Best FX Broker Asia, Best Fund Safety and Best Partnership Program.
Fullerton Markets have excellent liquidity and connectivity due to their partnerships with tier-one banks and Equinix, a multi-billion dollar public company listed on NASDAQ. They provide liquidity from some of the biggest global banks and ECNs including Credit Suisse, Citibank, Deutsche Bank, FXSpotStream, Hotspot, Barclays and J.P. Morgan.
They have spared no expenses with data centres in prime locations across Asia Pacific and also dedicated servers in London. This world-class infrastructure is set up to ensure that all clients receive a trading experience like no other with low latency connectivity and network speeds of less than 1 millisecond.
Traders get weekly research, webinars and trading videos. Introducing brokers get the powerful back office Fullerton suite, attractive rebate pay-outs and PipBox which is a complete toolbox for marketing.
The broker should be praised for trying to make a difference to communities through the Fullerton Foundation which looks to bring about sustainable changes through empowerment, education and engagement. This charitable work is commendable and can help support the less fortunate.
Fullerton Markets Regulation
Fullerton Markets Limited, trading under the Fullerton Markets brand, was regulated by the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) in New Zealand. However, in 2018 the broker transferred all business from its New Zealand entity Fullerton Markets Limited to a newly established offshore company called Fullerton Markets International Limited.
The latter is registered in Saint Vincent & the Grenadines, a popular offshore destination for brokers that unfortunately does not offer the same protection to clients nor does it give the broker a regulated status. Most professional traders would only ever use a regulated brokerage firm as they can give them protection that an unregulated broker cannot.
Traders are assured of continued transparency and security with triple-level fund safety protection under Fullerton Shield. This includes segregated bank accounts for corporate and client funds and an independent custodian protection. Segregated funds can help to ensure that the broker cannot use funds for any other purpose such as day to day business running costs.
Fullerton Markets also provide Negative Balance Protection, which is implemented in order to ensure that clients cannot end up with a negative balance in their trading accounts. All clients of Fullerton Markets get to enjoy this safety feature by simply submitting a request in their Fullerton Suite.
Fullerton Markets Countries
Due to regulatory or legal requirements, Fullerton Markets is unable to provide services or accept customers from certain countries. Currently Fullerton Markets does not accept customers from Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, United Kingdom, United States, Iran, Cuba, Sudan, Syria and North Korea.
This is not an exhaustive list of countries from which Fullerton Markets does not accept solicited clients and is updated as required. Customers should familiarise themselves with the FX rules applicable in their country’s before deciding to use Fullerton Markets services.
Some Fullerton Markets broker features and products mentioned within this Fullerton Markets review may not be available to traders from specific countries due to legal restrictions.

The Mirror Trading concept is quite simple: Tradency servers keep track of strategy developers’ “buy” and “sell” signals. By using the Mirror Trader platform, traders can view, analyze and evaluate signals sent by experienced traders and execute the signals in their own account.
Strategy developers from around the world share their knowledge with users of the Mirror Trader platform. Tradency records all strategy developers’ “Buy” and “Sell” signals. This information assists Mirror Trader’s users to decide which strategy’s signals they would like to have executed in their own brokerage accounts.

Fullerton Markets Accounts & Fees
Fullerton Markets keep things simple with just two account types to choose from, the demo or live account. The demo account allows you to practice trading online with virtual funds and to trial the brokers services. The live account minimum deposit is $100 and offers traders leverage of up to 1:500 and spreads from 0.1 pips. The minimum trade size is 0.01 lots whilst you can choose between two spread types, variable or ECN spreads. The broker can provide Islamic swap free accounts that comply with Sharia law for Muslim traders upon request.
The variable spread has a mark-up with no commission fee whereas the ECN spread has no mark-up but a commission fee on top. The spread type that you opt for will most likely depend on your trading strategy. Scalpers for instance may require the tighter spreads whereas swing traders may use strategies that are not so spread dependant.
The variable spreads on the Fullerton Markets MT4 platform are derived from tier-1 Liquidity Providers in Equinix LD4 (a FX-specific data center in London). Price spreads vary throughout the day depending on factors such as available liquidity (supply and demand), market forces, volatility, and the trading session. There are no commissions charged for trade execution, but a brokerage fee is collected from the spreads which are marked-up.
The ECN spreads are derived from an Electronic Communication Network (ECN) that is set up with multiple Liquidity Providers, including banks and hedge funds in Equinix LD4 (a FX-specific data center in London). Traders can gain access to raw spreads from 0.1 pips direct from the market participants at a flat fee of $10 per lot in commission charged for forex instruments.
As broker fees can vary and change, there may be additional fees that are not listed in this Fullerton Markets review. It is imperative to ensure that you check and understand all of the latest information before you open a Fullerton Markets broker account for online trading.
Fullerton Markets Support
Fullerton Markets offer clients dedicated support 24 hours a day, five days a week via the online live chat platform. Support languages include English, Chinese, Bahasa (Indonesia & Malaysia), Thai and Vietnamese. They can also be reached via telephone and email.
All clients are supported with a professional team of dedicated customer relationship managers. The broker places priority in training the customer relationship managers to make sure that they continue to give world-class support to all clients.
The customer relationship managers are patient, understanding and equipped with the right knowledge and skills to resolve clients’ issues in a prompt and efficient manner.
Fullerton Markets believe that all traders should have the same level of support regardless of their investment size or experience level. They understand the value of making sure that clients are equipped the necessary trading tools and knowledge that can enable them to effectively compete in the markets.

Fullerton Markets have a generous selection of account funding options to suit the needs of different traders all over the globe. They accept credit card, bank transfer and digital wallets such as Neteller, Skrill, UnionPay, FasaPay and bitcoin. Some fees may be charged when using certain payment methods. Withdrawal requests are processed within the same day or next if outside working hours. The withdrawal time can vary depending on the payment provider and method. Bank transfers may take a few business days to clear whilst some methods can be instant.
Some payment systems may have transaction limits, restrictions, and requirements which are indicated on their respective websites. You may need to verify your account to remove limits on particular methods in some countries. Fullerton Markets strictly do not accept third-party payments. All funds deposited into your trading account must be under the same name as your Fullerton Markets trading account.
Accounts can be opened USD, EUR, SGD. The different currency options are beneficial as currency conversion fees do not apply when using an account in your own currency.
As fees can vary and change, there may be additional fees that are not listed here in this Fullerton Markets broker review. It is imperative to ensure that you check on the official Fullerton Markets website all of the latest fees and are completely clear about all of the charges before opening a trading account with any online brokerage.

Following on from that, you will need to submit documentation as a normal part of the KYC procedures. This can be a proof of identification such as a passport or driver’s license and a proof of address such as a utility bill.

Fullerton Markets Summary
Overall, Fullerton Markets have a solid online brokerage service that utilises some of the latest cutting-edge technologies to help deliver a satisfying trading experience to all levels of trader. There is the useful PipProfit! app along with copy trading solutions, various funding options and excellent customer support. In addition to this, they are helping communities through charitable work which shows great ethics.
Despite the positives, the broker is unregulated and has a limited asset range compared to some other online brokerages that we have reviewed. Whilst the brokers spreads and commissions are competitive, we did not find them to be the cheapest. Based solely on the fact that they are not regulated, we would consider an alternative regulated broker from our list of best trading brokers.
